I help people with their struggles by identifying and resolving negative experiences and traumas from their pasts. The therapy I most commonly use is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR works by enabling the client to fully process negative/disturbing life events. Disturbing life events and emotions related to them can create a block that prevents a person from processing and healing from those events. When those events are fully processed, the associated emotions dissipate, and the client can put the event in a perspective that promotes self-healing. EMDR facilitates that processing.
Research demonstrates that EMDR is an effective therapy for resolving client challenges including:
-
Anxiety

Depression and bipolar
